NEED:
6 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, divided
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
1 tbsp. margarine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 container whipped topping
“ready-made” pie crust or ½ flaky pie crust, baked
Directions:
Combine 2 cups berries, 2 tbsp. water and sugar in saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Dissolve cornstarch in ¼ cup water, add to blueberry mixture.
Return to a boil, stirring constantly.
Allow to cool slightly
Pour into pie crust
Refrigerate 5 hours
