Fresh Herb Vinaigrettte

This is fast and makes about 1/2 cup. You can make it ahead and store in fridge for up to three days.

Whisk together
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
gradually whisk in 1/4 cup olive oil
Whisk until smooth.
