EASY SLOW COOKER BUFFALO WINGS

NEED:

4 pounds chicken wings
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
1 large onion, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 cups vinegar-based barbecue sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Rinse chicken wings in cold water and pat dry. Place all ingredients in Slow Cooker.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours.

Yield: 6-8 servings
Crock Pot Size: 3 quart
