Easy Ham Salad

This is a great tasting recipe and is wonderful for Easter leftovers.
NEED:
1/4 pound Cooked ham, chopped
1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup Celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup Scallions ( green onion), finely chopped
2 tablespoon Carrot, shredded
2 tablespoon Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
1 hard boiled Egg, chopped
1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Season with pepper to taste.
Chill thoroughly. Serve with crackers or on the bread of your choice.
