Brats and Kraut

NEED:
3 bottles of dark beer
6 brats
1 large jar sauerkraut
mustard - optional
Pour beer into pot and heat over medium heat; add brats and kraut and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve on a plate or in a bun drizzled with mustard.
