Curried Rice and Lentils

This is a great crock-pot meal. You can do it on the stove top. Cook on low to medium for about 2 hours.
1 cup long-grained rice
1 tbsp. curry powder
3 1/4 cups water
1/4 cup lentils
3 vegetable bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium onion, quartered and thinly sliced
Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
