Herb Butter

Add a bit of a kick to your dinner.
NEED:

1/2 cup butter, softened
3 tablespoon fresh or 3 teaspoons dried herbs
Stir with wooden spoon. Scoop out onto a piece of plastic wrap. Form butter into an oblong shape. Wrap and roll into a log about 6 inches long. Harden in refrigerator. To serve, cut into slices.
